Hello, my name is Ryan, and I am sharing inspirational quotes that apply to me as a writer. Although I have not yet published my recently finished novel, I have always found quotations from other writers to inspire me to push on and continue pursuing my passion — writing itself. I feel these quotes show that everyone has faced hardship and that persistence is the key to success. They are listed here — thank you.
‘No poet or novelist wishes he was the only one who ever lived, but most of them wish they were the only one alive, and quite a number fondly believe their wish has been granted.’ – Virginia Woolf

‘War and Peace maddens me because I didn’t write it myself, and worse, I couldn’t.’ – Ray Bradbury ‘
